Description: This workshop will cover the signs of an unhealthy relationship and what a healthy relationship looks like. We will discuss the cycle of an unhealthy relationship, what boundaries are, when boundaries need to be present, and what consent sounds and looks like.
About the Presenters
Mariela Renteria (she/her/ella) is a Health Program Specialist with the County of Santa Cruz Public Health. Being a part of public health has allowed her to go out in the community and provide preventative education and resources to youth. She is grateful to be part of this community and loves doing the work she does.
Marshall Farrior (he/him/his) is a Collaborative Health & Human Services major at CSU-Monterey Bay. He is an intern with THO and working to deliver medically accurate, inclusive, and diverse curriculum as a sexual health educator.
