For: Both middle and high school students 

Description: Become Your Full Bloom Self workshop focuses on the evidence-based pillars, petals in this care, of holistic and authentic well-being. Participants will learn about each of the eight designated well-being pillars and how these apply to each person’s sense of wellness, and a Full Bloom experience. Participants will be guided through an exercise to help them identify how they are currently doing in each well-being category– where they are shining and where more growth The Diversity Center may be helpful. Each participant will join in creating a community flower petal display capturing our collective wellness bloom. Participants will leave the workshop with their personal reflections captured on a Well-Being Flower handout to support their continuous well-being and authentic thrive-ability, their Full Bloom Self!

About the Presenters 

Cybele Lolley (she/her), LMFT is on The Diversity Center (TDC) leadership team, where she assists with the development of Mental Health Services and TDC’s well-being practices for the Santa Cruz LGBTQ+ community. Cybele has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2000, gathering professional experience in many important areas including trauma-informed affirmative care practices, evidence-based wellness programming, direct group and individual counseling, teaching and training, clinical supervision, and service delivery evaluation. She has been an Out Cisgender Lesbian since her youth and uses her lived experiences and training to empathetic support and advocate for the thrive-ability and safety of all LGBTQ+ members.
