About the Caucus

For: Both middle and high school students
Description:This caucus will likely be a discussion on identifying as Trans, such as the meaning to individuals, how it is present in society and media, and the lived experience of a Trans person. It will be an open and welcoming environment where individuals will be free to attend and learn more about what a Trans identity can look like and get questions from other students that have similar experiences.
About the Presenters
Juniper (he/they)
is a 17-year-old autistic transgender student who has a special interest in the South American rodent family caviidae, but is especially knowledgeable in the domestic Guinea pig cavy. He is a painter, graphic designer, martial artist, and an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
